Return and Exchange Policy

At Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC, we value our clients and want every customer to have a clear understanding of our return and exchange policy before booking a service or purchasing an item.

Tattoo and Piercing Services

All tattoo and piercing services are final once the service has been started or completed. Because tattoos and piercings are custom body art services performed specifically for each client, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for completed services.

Deposits

Deposits are used to secure your appointment date, time, and artist. Deposits are generally non-refundable and will be applied toward the final cost of your service unless stated otherwise. If you cancel, no-show, arrive too late, or fail to meet appointment requirements, your deposit may be forfeited.

Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC if the client contacts the studio ahead of time. A new deposit may be required for missed appointments, repeated reschedules, or last-minute changes.

Jewelry and Merchandise

Jewelry, body jewelry, aftercare products, and merchandise may not be eligible for return or exchange once purchased, especially if the item has been opened, worn, used, or removed from its original packaging. This is due to health, safety, and sanitation reasons.

Unopened and unused merchandise may be considered for exchange only, at the discretion of Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC, if the item is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom tattoo designs, custom jewelry orders, special requests, and personalized items are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once ordered, prepared, started, or completed.

Online Booking Payments

Payments made through Clover or any online booking system are subject to our studio policies. Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC is not responsible for payment processing delays, declined payments, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

Service Concerns

If you have a concern about your tattoo, piercing, jewelry, or appointment, please contact Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC as soon as possible. We will review the situation and determine the best available option based on the service, item, timing, and circumstances.

Final Decision

Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange, refund, deposit transfer, or rescheduling request at our sole discretion.
