Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC — Online Booking

By booking an appointment online with Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your appointment request or deposit.

1. Appointment Booking

Online booking allows clients to request or schedule tattoo and piercing services with Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC. Appointment availability may vary by artist, service type, design complexity, and studio schedule. Submitting a booking does not guarantee final approval until confirmed by our team.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your service unless stated otherwise. Deposits are used to reserve artist time, prepare for the appointment, and reduce last-minute cancellations.

3. Deposit Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, no-show, arrive too late, or fail to follow appointment requirements, your deposit may be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, you must contact Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC ahead of time. Rescheduling approval is at the studio’s discretion.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients should notify the studio as soon as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may require a new deposit before another appointment is scheduled.

5. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time, require rescheduling, or result in cancellation. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, your deposit may be forfeited.

6. Pricing

Prices shown online may be estimates or starting prices only. Final pricing depends on the size, placement, detail, color, design complexity, artist, and time required. Custom tattoos, cover-ups, large pieces, and detailed artwork may require consultation before final pricing is confirmed.

7. Custom Designs

Custom design work may require additional communication, reference images, consultation, or approval before the appointment. Major changes to a design may affect the final price and may require rescheduling.

8. Age Requirements

Clients must meet all legal age requirements for tattoos and piercings. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of service. Minors may require a parent or legal guardian, proper identification, and any legally required documentation. Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC reserves the right to refuse service if age or identification requirements are not met.

9. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing the artist or piercer of any medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect the service. Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC may refuse or postpone service if there are health, safety, or professional concerns.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe placement requests, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, failure to provide valid ID, health concerns, harassment, or requests that our team is not comfortable performing.

11. Guest Policy

Guests may be limited depending on studio space, appointment type, and safety requirements. Children may not be allowed in service areas. Clients should contact the studio ahead of time if they plan to bring someone with them.

12. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the artist or piercer. Healing results may vary depending on skin type, placement, aftercare, lifestyle, and the body’s natural healing process. Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare, neglect, or outside factors after leaving the studio.

13. Touch-Ups

Tattoo touch-up policies may vary by artist and tattoo type. Touch-ups may not be included for hands, fingers, feet, neck, face, cover-ups, or tattoos affected by improper aftercare. Additional fees may apply.

14. Online Payments

Payments made through Clover or any online booking platform are processed through the payment provider. Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC is not responsible for payment platform errors, declined transactions, processing delays, or technical issues outside of our control.

15. Photos and Marketing

Inkstop Tattoo Denton LLC may ask to photograph completed work for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes. Clients may notify the studio if they do not want their tattoo or piercing photographed or posted.

16. Agreement

By booking online, submitting payment, or arriving for your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
